Answer
The global mute function mutes the channel audio on all speakers when a user switches to a handset during a call. This setting can be turned on or off when setting up a new user.

To modify Global Mute:
  • Navigate to the Users tab.
  • Select a user and click Edit User.
  • Scroll down to User Settings.
  • Select Yes or No under Global Mute.
  • Select Edit User to save your changes.
